Everything you need to know about our partner program
You're eligible to receive a referral commission when you submit a referral through our platform and the referred customer converts to a paying client within the conversion period. The referral must meet all requirements as a Qualified Referral.
Once you're onboarded as a partner, you'll receive a referral form. Submit your referrals through this form, and we'll evaluate whether they qualify. You'll be notified once the evaluation is complete.
The conversion period is three (3) months from the date you submit a referral. Your referred customer must sign up as a paying customer within this timeframe for you to earn commission. This period may be extended on a case-by-case basis by mutual agreement.
Once a Qualified Referral becomes a paying customer, you're entitled to a commission based on the applicable referral commission rate applied to all transaction amounts collected. This includes subscription charges but excludes discounts, taxes, and refunds not due to our error or breach.
Qualified referrals who sign up with a subscription term equal to or greater than one (1) month are eligible. This includes both monthly and annual plans of our products.
