Will the caller know they're talking to an AI?▶
Many won't realise — the agent's voice is natural, it speaks regional languages fluently, and it asks for callback / booking details just like a human receptionist. Most callers experience it as a polite, fast receptionist. You can also opt to start the greeting with "Hi, this is the AI assistant for Acme Dental…" if you prefer disclosure.
What languages does Voice AI support?▶
English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, and more. The agent auto-switches mid-call when the caller does — it never forces a language on the caller.
How does billing work?▶
Pay-as-you-go from your AI Credits wallet. Direct customers pay ₹5/min, deducted in per-second slices (~₹0.083 per second the agent is active). Test calls in your browser are always free. New accounts get ₹50 (~10 minutes) of free credit on activation.
What happens when the wallet runs out mid-call?▶
The agent gracefully ends the call: "I need to drop the call now — please give us a call back." The caller hears a normal end-of-call rather than getting cut off. You see end_reason=wallet_empty in the call activity. Recharge from /ai-credits to resume.
Can the AI transfer a call to my team?▶
Yes — set a Fallback phone number on the Routing tab. When the caller asks to speak to a person, or the agent decides the conversation needs human help, it transfers the call to your fallback number. If your line is unanswered, the agent apologises and offers a callback.
What does the agent do with information from a call?▶
Captures it into your existing tools — leads land in your Contacts page, callbacks appear on your dashboard, bookings feed into your calendar config, support requests become tickets. Every call also gets a transcript + a 3-sentence AI summary so you can audit what happened.
Can I test before going live?▶
