Delete it in the app

On Android or iPhone, in the Splashify Pro app:

   Step 1: Open the Splashify Pro app and sign in as the account owner.

   Step 2: Tap Settings at the bottom, scroll to the end and tap Delete account.

   Step 3: Read what will be removed, tick the box and tap Delete my account.

Only the account owner can delete the account. A team member can ask the owner to remove them from the team.

Delete it on the web

   Step 1: Sign in at app.splashifypro.com as the account owner.

   Step 2: Open Settings, then Account details, then Delete account.

   Step 3: Tick the box and tap Delete my account.

Cannot sign in? Ask us

Fill in the data rights request form and choose to have your data erased, or email [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We check that the request is really yours before we delete anything, and we reply within 30 days.

What happens after you ask

   Step 1: Right away: the account is set to be deleted, and we email you to confirm it.

   Step 2: For 48 hours: you can change your mind and cancel, in the same place where you asked.

   Step 3: After 48 hours: the account and its data are deleted for good, automatically. If something holds it up, our team finishes it within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number, business details and settings
• Chats and messages (WhatsApp, Instagram, RCS and SMS), with their photos, videos, voice notes and files
• Contacts, with their tags, notes, custom fields and segments
• Templates, broadcasts and their reports, campaigns, flows and AI agents
• Team members, signed-in devices and notification tokens
• The link to your WhatsApp and Instagram accounts (your WhatsApp number and Instagram account stay yours)

What we keep, and for how long

• Invoices and payment records: kept for 8 years, because tax law requires it. Nothing else of the account is kept with them.
• Backups: deleted data can stay in our encrypted backups for up to 14 days. After that it is gone.

Money left in your wallet: write to [email protected] before you delete the account.

Not a Splashify Pro customer?

If a business messaged you using Splashify Pro, we hold your details on their behalf. Use the data rights request form to have them deleted. You do not need an account. More in our Privacy Notice.
