Yes. Export your contacts, connect your WhatsApp Business number through Meta's guided signup, then import your contacts and add your templates again. Our team helps you on WhatsApp while you switch.
Most teams are live within 1-2 hours via Meta Embedded Signup. You'll need a Meta Business Account, a phone number not currently registered with WhatsApp, and basic business verification documents.
Each message you send is charged at Meta's rate for its category (marketing, utility or authentication) and the customer's country, plus your plan's platform fee. Service replies within 24 hours of the customer's last message are free for the first 1,000 each month. Incoming messages from customers are always free. Enterprise gets lower rates. The pricing page lists the current rate for every country.
Three plans: Growth ₹999/month (1 team member), Advanced ₹2,999/month (5 team members) and Enterprise ₹7,999/month (15 team members). All in INR, plus GST. Quarterly billing saves 5% and yearly billing saves 10%. WhatsApp message charges are billed on top of the plan, per message you send.

Yes. The 14-day free trial gives you full feature access and needs no payment method. Messages you send during the trial are still charged at Meta's WhatsApp rates, from a prepaid wallet you top up.
